What are some part-time jobs with no set hours?
Hi, I’m a stay-at-home Mom who is looking for a part-time job. My husband’s schedule changes all the time, and one of us has to be at home to watch our baby. Are there any jobs that you can think of that don’t have set hours–where you work when you can? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

It would be difficult, if not impossible to find a job with a ‘regular’ company that would let you work when YOU want to, and on a changing basis. Quite often you could find positions with a set schedule- but it would be just that a set schedule.
Your best bet would be to do something from home. Whether tutoring (as one poster suggested) or babysitting or finding a LEGITIMATE work at home position (but those also require working set times, you just do it from home- also RESEARCH the company before doing this 99% of them you find are SCAMS! but there are legit companies -Uhaul for example).
You could also buy things from thrift stores and yard sales and resell them on craigslist or ebay (make sure you read the seller central message board on ebay- you can learn a LOT from these veteran sellers).

Hi SusieQ, I am too a stay at home mom. I do a couple different things as outlined below and included some links to get ya going. I enjoy being the mom at home but I also found I need something to keep me busy and my mind alert.
I just signed up to start doing some freelance writing — essays. Unsure how that will go, so I can’t give you and feedback as of yet.
I also have done some virtual admin work, the pay is not all that lucrative, but it buys diapers from time to time if I get selected for a job, it is a respected and reliable company called elance.
I have heard people say you can make money doing surveys; I personally have never been able to do it although I did try.

Sign up for this affiliate program, work hard at it and you’ll earn a great income. We have three little ones and it’s easy to work around them.
It’ll cost you about 150 to get going (really), and you won’t make millions like he tells you, but 500 a week is not unreasonable for a few hours.
I work at it about 3 hours a day and now get 1000 a week.
The longer you’re at it the larger it grows. Takes a little work online to set up, but it’s well worth it and you can feel good about it. No one gets ripped off and you promote products you choose and feel good about. There’s endless choices.
Nothing else will earn this much this fast.
