How much MONEY can you make if you open an EVANGELICAL CHURCH?

How much money can you make if you open an evangelical church to rip off the weak minded, and you do it right? How much if you have, lets say, 500 or a thousand?

  1. Hundreds of thousands of dollars. There are countless examples. Millions of dollars in a some celebrated instances. Turn on your TV on Sunday morning for crying out loud. The vow of poverty assumed by Christ’s example is made a mockery of and mockery celebrated with well-intentioned emotion every single Sunday. You can make loads and loads and loads of money with an evangelical church. Tax Free! And don’t forget the dozens or hundreds or even thousands of employees you can corporately enslave with that money who will help you maintain your power and status! You can get filthy rich, but alas, you’ll never turn a profit. At the very worst, you’ll never have to be alone with God and you’ll always have a social network of enabling support that inherently includes suppers, meet’n'greets, complimentary health care, job networking, etc etc etc

  2. Oh man, you could make thousands off those idiots. Look at Benny Hinn!

  3. How good a sales person…um preacher are you?

  4. Lot’s of cash, but you need to have the charisma. You need to be able to manipulate gullible people into believing a bunch of BS. You need to have no conscience too, because what you’ll be doing will be very unethical.

  5. There was one: The Church of Bernie Madoff Investing.

Be gone Satan. I hope that the day you open up your church doors that you would actually drop dead before the first person would step foot inside of your building.

  7. Doesn’t have to be a church. People can be fooled into giving to ANYTHING. But since you’re talking about church…

Look for a church that is open about their finances. Generally, financial statements for churches of Christ are available. Not to the general public, of course, but members can see where money is spent and have input on what causes to spend money on.

But you’re just trolling, aren’t you.

    .
That depends upon your ability to fool the church members in the name of ‘God’!

  9. You are joking right?

This is a horrible thing for you to even consider.

If you go through with this you must realise that you are a much lesser man than any of those supposedly ”gullible” and ”vulnerable” individuals.
