How Can i make Money fast?
i am 14 im saving up for a guitar which i want right now, i cant get a job cause im to young and ive tried to mow lawns and stuff but all the houses around me have big fancy lawn services. is there anyway to make money reall fast? im talkin about 0-300! PLEASE HELP!!
If your parents drink any beer in cans or have friends over to drink sometime sneek the empty beer cans and save them up for a bit. Look in the phone book under recyling and see which places offer money for alluminum cans. Take the cans to that place for money.
Hint. You will need about 2 or 3 trash cans full for twenty bucks. I know you want around $300 dollars. One thing you can do to collect more cans is look for places where people litter close to your house and go pick up any alluminum cans you might find their. Also try other things for money along with this. The best way to make alot of money is too try lots of ideas. The more things you try the more money you will make.
With mowing lawns you could still make money. You might not be taking the right aproach. Try advertising. Make flyers and leave them at peoples front doors. Most people pay companies alot for lawn service. You could say on the flyer how much you charge and charge a low price for mowing lawns. Chances are they will be attracted to the low price and ask you to mow their lawn. Don’t forget to put your phone number on the flyer so people can get back with you and ask you to mow their lawn.
No you have exhausted all legitimate quick methods.
While mowing lawns is one way to make money, it’s exhausting. The big fancy lawn services cost alot because they have the staff and equipment to do the jobs and offer edging, mulching, weeding and other add-on services. That’s not the ONLY way for a 14 year old to make money. Think about some other things that you can do and enjoy doing.
Surely you are familiar with a "job" called babysitting? Well, that too is not a glamour job and the pay isn’t really worth the aggreivation (although sometimes can be). The odds are you’ll be pointed to run a lemonade stand within the next 5-10 responses. That’s a great idea… if you are 5 and looking to earn $1.00 a day.
But hey these people are trying to answer you the only ways they know how.
Look into the archives because your question is asked and answered several times a day… some great tips while others are insane people with computers with nothing else to do.
You’ve got to do what’s right for YOU… your time, your talents, your energies, but mainly what your customers or clients want, need and can afford.
Pick up a local newspaper to read trends in your neighborhood that you just might be able to provide answers for. You can write or teach things you know well. You can start a neighborhood recycling center. You could advertise for local small businesses through your own website ($12/mo). You could help people with errands that need to be run. You can help busy families with laundry or cooking or making phone calls during normal buiness hours. You can shop for people on the go. You could scan old family photos to digital and copy to CD for them. You can sell on Ebay (talk to parents). You can design your own line of t-shirts or bumper stickers or whatever products you choose with a cute photo or phrase. My list can go on and on. Why not make your own list???
Hey, you like guitars? Why not sell them for a local music shop. Why not sell sheet music to other guitar players or sell harmonicas or other products or services relating to your enjoyment of music??? Why not start up a local band? Why not teach guitar to those who know less than you? Why not sell book bags with photos of guitars on them or posters relating to music???
Whatever you are into, surely there are others and those people have friends who have friends who have friends.
